William is a mechanical engineer & technical lead at Plumis. William holds an MBA from Imperial College. He has led to a successful conclusion a number of fire suppression R&D projects with Innovate UK backing which has led to the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation – the UK’s highest accolade for business success. He is a member of the FIA/BASFA Watermist technical committee that contributes to the British Standards.

Chief Design Officer (CDO)Yusuf Muhammad
Yusuf is a co-inventor of Automist. He has an Honours Masters degree in Engineering and a double Masters in Innovation Design Engineering. He has won numerous design awards for a host of innovations across a number of industries including the James Dyson Award, the Toyota IQ Design Challenge & Transport Design of the Year by the Design Museum to name a few. He also starred in the BBC 2 Show 'The Big Life Fix'.

Elisha-Kay has over 15 years of experience in finance which includes banking and accounting, 10 years of experience in organizational development and various management roles. She holds a degree in finance and is currently pursuing an MBA in business with a certificate in financial planning. Elisha-Kay enjoys spending time with her two children, yoga and swimming.

Glenn is a graduate of the University of Manchester and has close to thirty years of experience working on the new product introduction and the operations side of high-tech businesses including everything from Standard Integrate Circuit (IC) products to smart meters. He has expertise in setting up world-class quality, reliability and manufacturing facilities, is a father of three and is an experienced and keen ocean yachtsman. -

Non Executive DirectorPeter Cowley
Peter is a Cambridge University Engineering and Computing graduate and fellow of the Judge Business School. He’s run technology and construction businesses for over three decades and is involved in charity and social enterprise governance, as chair and treasurer, on many trustee boards. Peter founded and runs the Martlet start-up investment fund in Cambridge and has invested in over 30 start-ups. He is on the board of seven of these, including Plumis. Peter enjoys fine dining.

Fire Protection AssociateDr James G. Munger
James “DOC” has been active in the field of fire protection for over 40 years, beginning his career as a firefighter before becoming a Deputy State Fire Marshal for the State of Alabama. He has been an active member of the Adjunct Faculty of the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland for 33 years, developing and instructing courses in fire protection, code enforcement and fire investigation.
