Automist Installer Manuals Repository and AHJ Submittal Package

1. Automist Installer Manuals Repository

Automist Ultra is continually improving through hardware and software updates. As a result, the correct Design, Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (DIOM) procedures will depend on the specific version of hardware and software installed in the system.

Identifying Your System Version

  • Hardware version is printed on the label attached to the system pump.
  • Software version is shown on the controller during power-up, or can be accessed manually via the controller menu.

To check the software version manually:

  • Hold the left button on the controller for 10 seconds.
  • The menu will appear; the first option will be “Sounder.”
  • Press the up button once to reach “Version.”
  • Press the right button to display the software version in the format NNN_AA (e.g., 0385_AP1.14).

Which DIOM Manual Should I Use?

  • Use the DIOM version that matches your system’s software version.
  • If your system’s software version falls between two versions listed in the table below, use the DIOM associated with the earlier version (higher on the table). Procedures will be consistent across these versions.
  • If your system’s software is older than the latest version, contact Plumis to request a software programmer to update your controller.
  • If your hardware has been updated to a newer software version, always refer to the newer DIOM manual, as system procedures (e.g., for commissioning) may have changed.
